What is the Order ID?

Order ID is 8-11 digits and should be provided to you when your order has been processed.
(e.g. TEL######, CTF######, API######, ISD######, etc.)

For orders placed through our online webstore, the Order ID is the same as your Confirmation ID.
(e.g. WS######).


Please note that this is the most up to date information available in our system.

Our tracking system is updated daily. Your order information may not be available if it was ordered within the last 36 hour period.
